Depending on the circumstances, we may transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area to countries with less stringent Data protection laws. When signing your contract with our agency, you can choose whether or not to allow your data to be transferred to clients or agencies located outside the European Union.
MARILYN AGENCY stores your Data for five years from the end of the last client contract involving you. Certain Data or documents providing evidence of your pension entitlement or with tax ramifications may be stored for ten years. Your photographs will be stored for twenty years. MARILYN AGENCY may store a small number of photographs for longer periods for its own archives in order to maintain a record of company models.
